I grow an 40+ ingredient salad mix that contains greens from around the world. I sell starts for many of the salad ingredients in mixed 4 packs, so that home gardeners can have beautiful greens, new tastes, and increased nutrition in their salads. |

While there is seed available for 800 varieties of lettuce, the local grocery store usually sells the same 4 or 5 varieties. I grow several combinations of heirloom lettuce 4 packs, with speckled Amish butterheads, crisp rosy French batavians, deer tongue, and bronze romaines as just part of the offerings. |
